This augmented reality (AR) app is designed to enhance the exploration of Rochester, NY, for both residents and visitors by showcasing the city’s vibrant mural culture. The app offers an interactive experience that brings the city’s murals to life through AR, allowing users to engage with and learn about the artwork in innovative ways. Features include a map and navigation tool to help users find murals, AR interactions that provide rich, immersive content at each location, and a "Design Your Own Mural" feature, enabling users to create and visualize custom murals using 3D AR assets.

Persona & User Flow
The target audience for this platform includes children, teens, and parents. My research revealed that children often encounter art in places like museums or through school curricula but tend to lose interest after just a brief glance. To address this, the stylistic approach was specifically designed to engage a younger audience, featuring a vibrant, visually appealing map design that captures their attention and encourages deeper exploration.

Reflection
Through this project, I aimed to address the issue of children and teens encountering public murals without sufficient opportunities to engage with or create art inspired by them. To create a more interactive experience with this art form, I explored simulated AR experiences. While combining software tools like Figma and Spline presented some challenges, it ultimately proved to be a rewarding solution.
